Plus, your equipment will arrive pre-programmed to the frequency of your tour guide receivers. We make it easy!

Absolutely! We offer on-location services where TourGuide Rentals staff members arrive at your event to help unpack, set-up, organize and distribute your equipment to your guests. If you don’t need on-site service, we also make sure your equipment is shipped with every package labeled clearly, equipment organized in groups according to your tour needs, and the appropriate frequencies and channels already set up. It’s easy right out of the box.

Order Questions

In your shipping container, with your equipment, are all the manuals and step-by-step instructions to make any adjustments to frequency, channels, volume, and grouped receivers. These aren’t the manufacturing manuals with pages and pages of technical jargon. These are manuals from TourGuide Rentals, showing simple steps, photos and troubleshooting tips for your equipment. If you need further assistance, we offer on-site personal staff to help in these situations. Our product experts are also available via email, phone, text and video chat to help in your time of need.

We understand. RSVPs notoriously shift. That’s why you can reserve the quantities you think you might need in advance, and then adjust your order just days before your event. We can adjust your order on the day it ships. Your final bill will reflect only what was shipped.

Shipments arrive 1 to 2 days before your event so you can confirm everything has shipped that you need. That way you can make revisions, if needed. We will overnight more equipment and can add it to you total immediately. We take care of you the best we can. TourGuide Rentals can even ship to your event location, hotel or wherever you need the goods.

Fill out our simple discrepancy form included in your shipment to document any incorrect quantities, defective products or issue you may have with your order. You can email, call or text us and we will work with you to make it right, right away!

We have a massive product inventory with a variety of headset options to accommodate your environment noise level and tour size. We also have one-way and two-way communication options, depending on the interactivity of your tour. Definitely mix and match, if it’s best for your situation. We can help you determine that when you call us.

Hahahahahahahahahaha. Good one. We have North America’s largest inventory of audio tour equipment. And if, by the slightest chance, we need to up our inventory for your order, we will work directly with our technology manufactures to meet your needs.

Purchasing Questions

We accept all major credit cards, business checks, personal checks, wire transfers, net-30 invoice, cash money in briefcases, and some trades for maybe a decent car, boat, motorcycle or RV. Call us and let’s make a deal.

Whether you’re renting for a single-day event, a weeklong conference, or a series of events, we can develop a rental agreement that works for your timing and needs. Keep in mind, TourGuide Rentals does NOT charge for the transit time of equipment shipping. Weekends are free too! You are only charged for Monday through Friday business days and only when the equipment is in your hands.

Yes, if you rent equipment from us and decide you want to keep it forever, you can contact us and we will give you a custom quote for purchasing the used equipment you rented, or a brand new version of the audio system.

Not really. But we understand that no two events are the same. That’s why no two quotes are exactly the same. We custom-tailor quotes depending on your unique needs.

Shipping Questions

It’s more of a rental reservation, like a hotel room. Give us your information online or over the phone, to put in your order reservation, then we write up your order and custom quote to get your final approval. You are not charged a dime until your approved order is shipped. Early booking is best. Reserve your equipment as soon as possible to secure availability and the best pricing. You can always adjust your quantity up to the day your equipment ships.

We do everything we can to move at the speed of the events world. So TourGuide Rentals offers same-day shipping and next-day delivery options. Some limitations based on time of day when order is received and inventory. Some transit limitation may apply as well; meaning snowstorms are out of our control.  

We mostly ship throughout North America. The majority of our event partners are located in the US. But if you need equipment somewhere more exotic, let’s talk about your plans.
